Fondue: The most famous swiss signature dish. A mix of flaverfull Swiss cheeses and white wine is melted to a creamy, savory heaven. Dip crusty bread or fresh fruits for bites of pure indulgence. Like chineese hotpot, its served in a pot on the table and comes with a lot of time for social interaction. This dish is usually served during the cold and dark season. Traditionally there’s also some local liqueurs on the side (williams pear, cherry herbs).
All-inclusive-Fondue: CHF 45.- a person, Swiss white whine included.
This also includes a homemade mix of cheese, fresh bread, some local liqueurs and a few modern-style sidedishes to dip.
Everything will be prepared by the host – on request.
Raclette: A signature dish of the french and vallais-area. Less heavy on cheese and comes with young boiled potatoes, some pickled cucumbers and pears. The grill on the table is also usuable for slices of bacon, sausages or grilled veggies. Like Fondue, its also considered as slow food.
All-inclusive-Raclette: CHF 45.- a person. Swiss white wine included.
