Since you share some Buchung unserer Zimmer with the host, we kindly ask you to consider some simple rules.
Checkin-Time: From 13:00 to 22:00 (1 to 10 pm).
Early or late checkin is also possible. Please let us know your arrival time, so we may be able to adjust our plans
Checkout-Time: Please leave your room before 10:00.
You may deposit your luggage if you like to leave the house after 10:00.
Please consider
- Leave your shoes in the entrance area. There are slippers available.
- Smoking no balcony or garden (terrace on backyard or table on frontyard) only
- Dont consume any «weed» or illegal substances. Enjoy a beer with the host instead.
- Avoid noisy activities past 22:00 (that’s 10 pm in “freedom units”).
- After taking a shower or a bath: Please open the window!
In switzerland, high indoor-humidity will cause mold, which is unhealthy and very hard to get rid of. - You destroyed or damaged something by accident?
No big deal, just let us know, so we can replace it on time - Respect our neighbors. In Switzerland, its polite to greet people when crossing.
Checkin-Procedure
- Please use only white marked parkings on the road. See directions.
- Be aware you’re entering a residential area. Please try to be quiet, especially at night.
Also, stay on the pathways. Its easy to step into someones private property by accident. - Our door has a big, green “Menbergs Harmony Homestay”-Sign. If you cant find our door, please give us a call (see contact),
dont ring any bells on random doors. - We will welcome you in person and provide you additional informations
- If you booked by any other platform than airbnb, we will collect a city tax and additional outstanding payments.
(we accept cash in swiss francs or euro and any credit card like visa, mastercard, maestro, amex, google pay, samsung pay etc).
When leaving the house / checkout
- Close all windows (the weather sometimes changes quickly)
- Common sense: turn the lights off.
- Early morning or late at night: Lock the entrance door
- Drop your key to the mailbox, upper segment
When returning
- Lock the entrance door at night and keep the key on you.
Make yourself comfortable
- Serve yourself some coffee and tea
- Our Tap-Water is delicious and save to drink
- Take a nap in our garden. Beware: Our auto-mower shreds everything left behind in the grass.
- Kids playground nearby.
- Enjoy your free complementaries
